Maya has been waiting a long time for us to use the hair drier and flat iron on her hair. We were both very please with how beautifully it turned out. She looked so grown up! She also was surprised with how it didn't move as freely as she expected. After we had blown it dry, but before flat ironing it, she was rocking quite the 'fro. She whipped her hair back and forth singing "I'm a rock star!"
